this vidoe is on 2 cement pumps being sent to Japan to help cool the reactors. their purpose is normally for pumping cement, but now they will be pumping water to first cool the reactors before any permanant measures are taken. Hopefully through the help of these massive machines, the radioactive fuel cells can be cooled back to their normal temperature.

Its stunning that these are the measures that Japan must do in order to stop the melt downs and prevent more toxic radiation. The devestation of the earthquakes was terrible, but now the threat of large amounts of radiation, not only for Japan, but for much of East Asia is simply terrifying.

I'm glad to see some help finally being sent to the Japanese. I would just rather see the powers of this region taking more action instead of the U.S having to be the one to provide aid.
